Do you service my neighborhood?We offer full services (pet sitting, dog walking, etc) within Pflugerville, Hutto, and Round Rock. For Georgetown, we provide midday services (dog walking, cat sitting) but have limited availability for pet sitting. Please inquire for your address.

What are your rates?Rates vary by the length of the service (30, 45 or 60 minutes). Please review the services listed on our home page for up-to-date rates. *Designated holidays/peak weeks are $7 additional per visit.

How long are the vists and how often do you come to my home?We require a minimum of 2 visits per day lasting 30 minutes each. However, most dogs prefer 3 visits per day. Cats can have 1 or 2 visits per day.

When do I pay?Payment is required prior to service and guarantees your reservation. Payments are made inside your client portal by credit card. Payments are due within 48 hours of approval.

Do I get to meet my sitter?As part of our commitment to providing the best possible care, we offer personalized client consultations to ensure we fully understand your pet's needs. During these consultations, our experienced team member will spend between 15 and 30 minutes getting to know you and your pet. We'll provide valuable feedback and insights, complete the onboarding process, and gather all pertinent instructions for your pet's care. Please note that there is a fee of $30 for this service, which ensures that we can dedicate the time and attention necessary to tailor our services to meet your pet's needs perfectly.

Do you administer pet medication?Yes, there is no charge for oral medication or insulin. Just make sure you book enough time to properly and safely medicate pets.

What animals do you service?We service all pets including dogs, cats, exotics, companion animals, and pigs.

How far in advance do I need to make my reservation?We recommend new clients allow 2 weeks prior to service. This allows time for scheduling a meet and greet and getting your account set-up.

My trip was cancelled, what is your cancellation policy?We are a small business and we sincerely appreciate our sitters’ work ethic to choose your home and pets over their own holiday travel or weekends with family. Non-holiday weeks: If cancellation is received at least 48 hours prior to service, a full credit can be applied to your account for future use. If cancellation is received less than 48 hours prior to service, you will be charged for the first 48 hours of service, the remaining credit can be applied to a future service. No refunds are given to credit cards. Holiday weeks: If cancellation is received at least 14 days prior to service, a full credit can be issued to your account for future use. If cancellation is received less than 14 days prior to service, you will be charged for the reservation. No refunds are given to credit cards.

Do you pet sit on holidays?Of course! Holidays are in high-demand and usually book in full 3-4 weeks in advance. So get your reservation submitted as soon as your travel plans are finalized. Holidays and peak weeks incur a $7 surcharge for every visit. Many clients will reserve holidays 2-4 months in advance.
