We provide pet sitting in your home. This includes dog walking, cat sitting, and pet sitting visits lasting 30-60 minutes.

Our current service area is Pflugerville, Hutto, Round Rock, Georgetown (South of Williams Dr and East of the lake), North Wells Branch
What are your rates?
Rates vary by the length of the service (30, 45 or 60 minutes). Please review our “Services” tab for up-to-date rates.
How long are the visits and how often do you come to my home?
We require a minimum of 2 visits per day lasting 30 minutes each. However, most dogs prefer 3 visits per day. Cats can have 1 or 2 visits per day.
When do I pay?
Payment is required prior to service and guarantees your reservation. Payments are made inside your client portal by credit card.
Do I get to meet my pet sitter?
Yes, we require a meet and greet prior to any service. We are a team so any teammate might provide your service after the initial meeting. The first meet and greet is complimentary. Any additional meet and greets that you request are invoiced at the standard service rate for 30 minutes.
What is included in my service?
GPS timestamp including visit report card, pictures, and updates

Do you administer pet medication?
Yes, there is no charge for oral medication. Insulin and other SQ are extra.
What animals do you service?
We service all pets including dogs, cats, exotics, companion animals, and pigs.
How far in advance do I need to make my reservation?
We recommend new clients allow 2 weeks prior to service. This allows time for scheduling a meet and greet and getting your account set-up.
My trip was cancelled, what is your cancellation policy?
If cancellation is received at least 48 hours prior to service, a full credit can be applied to your account for future use. If cancellation is received less than 48 hours prior to service, you will be charged for the first day of service, the remaining credit can be applied to a future service.
Do you pet sit on holidays?
Of course! Holidays are in high-demand and usually book in full 2-4 weeks in advance. So get your reservation submitted as soon as your travel plans are finalized. Holidays incur a $5 surcharge. Many clients will reserve holidays 2-4 months in advance.
